With a clear plan in mind the owners wanted to convert an existing storeroom into a master ensuite with a walk-in robe. The design included a large walk in shower with a half wall ledge running the width of the room. For all season comfort the project included underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and a timed mechanical air ventilation. A timeless colour palette of charcoal floor tiles, white walls and a black ceiling created a dramatic atmosphere, beautifully softened with a fluted glass shower screen and a natural timber vanity.
It was important to get the layout right as the existing window was located in the centre of the room, the high ceilings demanded considerations on light and ventilation.
Using our standard preconstruction agreement, we worked with the owners to resolve layout, fixture and fitting choices and technical requirements. Our detailed drawings ensured the construction process was smooth and successful.
