To renovate an existing three rooms of the family home and convert the existing deck into a kitchen and dining space.
The slope of the block meant that the new living area was being constructed high above ground level. Large, long span beams were required to be installed manually.

Modest from the front, the light filled extension captures the best aspect of all seasons, the custom orb external cladding and hardwood polished flooring enhancing the view through the tree canopies beyond.
